Our store policy

Dogs are welcome in our shop foyer (the hard floor area before entering our shop) but are no longer allowed beyond this point, except for guide dogs for the blind.

We have installed a metal wall hook in our foyer, so you can safely attach your dog's lead and continue to browse and shop in store.

Please do not latch your dogs lead to the radiator.

We feel this is a necessary change to our store policy in order to ensure our store is hygienic for staff and customers, as our store is fully carpeted.
