Our store policy

Dogs are welcome in our shop foyer (this is the hard floor area before entering our shop) but are no longer allowed beyond this point (any carpet areas).

There is a wall hook installed in our foyer, so you can easily attach your dog's lead and continue to browse and shop in store.

Our foyer is covered by our CCTV and is closely situated next to our front desk near a staff member, so you know they should be safe*

Please ensure they are safely latched to this hook with not too much room to roam before leaving your dog unattended. We share our foyer with the offices who operate above us, upstairs. The door in the foyer is in constant use by them and we do not want your furry friends being injured in any way, by them or other customers entering and leaving the store.

We apologise for having to introduce this change in our store policy but we feel this is something we now must now do in order to maintain high hygiene shopping standards.
