In using our print request web form, or any other methods used to request printing you therefore accept liability for printing that we, Axworthys, carry out on your behalf to the best of our ability, given the information that you have provided us with.
We cannot accept responsibility for any printing carried out due to lack of specific instruction in your original request to us or slight alterations in artwork, for example the contrast difference between the screen on your device and the physical printed version, or printing on paper when you would have liked your document printed on glossy card, but didn't include this in your request. Our staff member will carry out your request at their discretion using the information at hand.
If no sufficient print instructions are included in your request our staff member will assume how you would like your printing carried out for you - if this is incorrect the customer is liable for all print costs incurred and furthermore any costs to re-print due to this lack of information.
In store we print all attachments you send to us, as they arrive. We do not read or edit the attachments you send in. We will not be held liable for printing attachments you did not intend to send us - any costs for this will be incurred by the customer alone. Please check and double check attachments before sending to ensure you are submitting the correct files/photos.
If you need specific pages of a document printed, ensure you tell us this in your original request otherwise our staff member will print the entire document for you, unless requested to do otherwise. For example, "please print pages numbered at the bottom on document 'DOC1'; 1, 4, 10, 48, 52 in colour, on 80g paper, A4 size, 1 copy please".
Please note all of our printing services are non-refundable.
On Thursday 30th June we are upgrading our broadband and telephone services. This may (but hopefully not!) affect taking card payments in store, taking phone calls and carrying out print requests & web orders until we're up and running with our new provider.
