We hope you love your order but if you're not satisfied with your purchase you can return your order to us within 14 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
All returned items must be unused, saleable and in their sealed original packaging.
When returning your order please package the item(s) well. (I.e using bubble wrap, etc.)
Please be aware that return postage and packaging costs are at the expense of the buyer. We strongly recommend using a reputable postal service to post us your return.
If your parcel is lost in transit you will need to claim back any loss with the courier you used, ensure you get proof of postage when sending, you will need this to claim from them.
Please note we cannot accept returns on any liquid products.
If items have been returned opened or tampered with your refund may be refused.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please send us your query including as much detail as possible and we'll do our best to get back to you as soon as we can.
While COVID-19 is still around some deliveries may be delayed once shipped with the courier. Unfortunately once shipped your order is out of our hands and into our couriers. We have been advised by Royal Mail that during busy periods orders can take up to 11 working days to arrive. 9/10 times they do arrive safely, but in the event that your order still hasn't arrived after this time period please get in touch and we will investigate and resolve this for you.
We package all orders very well to avoid this happening, but in the unlikely event that this happens we will need to contact the courier to address this.
So we can do this please take a photograph of all the damaged box(es)/item(s) and send them to us by email. You can do this easily and quickly by visiting the 'Print' tab at the top of our website and attaching photographs using the contact form.
Once we have received and reviewed the photos we will be in touch with you.
Refunds on returned/cancelled orders can take up to 5-7 working days. Please bear with us during this time. In the unlikely event that it takes longer please get in touch with us using the 'Contact' tab at the top of this page to let us know. We will get in touch with our payment provider and do our best to help resolve the issue,
We'll always include a returns form within your delivery but if for any reason you lose or damage yours you can always download a new one below.
Please remember to include this form in your return parcel.
On Thursday 30th June we are upgrading our broadband and telephone services. This may (but hopefully not!) affect taking card payments in store, taking phone calls and carrying out print requests & web orders until we're up and running with our new provider.
